Return and Refund Policy

Daigou return policy
Online shopping from overseas has risks, especially when purchasing from Ebay/Taobao which contains many individual sellers. 65daigou is committed to provide first class services to help buyers to lower their risk. Though we cannot totally eliminate the risk, but under below circumstances, you can claim your loss directly from 65daigou.
1. Wrong items or damaged items
Once we receive your orders in our Shanghai warehouse, we will do a simple verification of your goods to make sure they match with seller's descritpion. For items valued above 50rmb, we will check the quantity, size, color, the design of the product and obvious defects. If the items you receive have any of these problems, you are eligible to make a full refund claim to 65daigou. Please take a photo of the goods with a short description of the problems and send mail to: service@65daigou.com, our after-sale team will check and reply to you within 5 working days.
*For certain products related to functionality, eg, electronic products, we will not open the packaging to test.
2. Loss of items:
If your goods are lost in transit, we will make compensation for your lost goods up to S$100 under our free insurance policy.
*For the loss of custom related items, please refer to "Custom Related" session.
Return of goods will not be accepted under any of the following situations:
A. item has been used
B. the original packaging is lost or changed

If you are unsatisfied with your purchased item, you can contact our customer service hotline 6673 8663 or e-mail service@65daigou.com to arrange for full return or replacement within 3 working days.
Any of the following, we will not accept returned goods:
A. item has been used
B. the original packaging is lost or changed

If there's any quality related issues observed within 15 days of purchase of your goods, you are eligible to ask for full refund or exchange.
Return and refund process
Step One: If you find that the goods are damaged after receipt of the goods, or do not match with your order requirements, please send mail to service@65daigou.com with details of the order (such as order number, user name, photo, etc.)
Step Two: Staff will investigate your reported cases. If the verification of goods in line with our return policy, we will contact with you within 5 working days.
Step Three: With the confirmation from our staff, You can deliver to our courier in the next delivery or deliver to our office directly. Kindly help to keep the order tag preserved for checking and refund. (local postage is not refundable)
Step Four: Upon receipt of your returned goods, we will provide a full refund to you within 3 working days. This refund will immediately be deposited into your PrePay account in 65daigou and is feasible for any bill payment. If you want to withdraw this refund, please email service@65daigou.com, with your bank accounts. we will deposit into your bank account within 3 working days.
Step Five: If you did not receive refund within 10 days after you return your item to us, pls call our hotline 66738663 immediately, we will check for you on spot.
Complaint
If you are not satisfied with our services or staff (including service, order operations, etc.), please send e-mail complaints directly to customer@65daigou.com. As a company with high standard service, we will not tolerate any possible low quality service. If you have any suggestion, may also contact us through the following channels.

Custom Related
Custom sensitive items like cosmetics, liquid, cream, battery, harddisk, air-tight food, fake branded items etc will likely to be inspected by customs and the shipping cycle will be delayed. 65daigou will not be responsible for the loss of those items in custom, or any consequence caused by purchasing such items.
