Procedures

- Click Ez-Buy on top. Copy & paste the product URL, put special remarks if you need to, submit
- Review all your orders in the shopping cart, check out
- Make your 1st payment ( price of goods + domestic shipping fee )
- We will process your order, you can monitor the status
- Select delivery method (home delivery /self-collection / MRT pickup) when all your orders arrive in Singapore, and make your 2nd payment(international shipping fee + agent fee).
- Receive delivery notification and review our service

Important notes:
- 1. Items prohibited by Singapore custom/law like chewing gum, tobacco, reproduction of copyright materials cannot be purchased, 65daigou is not responsible if such items are confiscated or for any other consequences caused by purchasing such items.
- 2. Explosive, flammable or highly contaminative items cannot be shipped.
- 3. Weight less than 500g will be counted as 500g.
- Ø Service Charge:
- -8% of total bill
-6% of total bill for VIP members
-Only 4% of total bill for SVIP members

Example:
If you have total 10 items from various sellers, the total price is $150. The combined weight is $2.3kg
The international shipping by air is $8+$4*4=$24
The 8% service charge is ($150+$24)*8%=$13.92
Volumetric Weight
Volumetric weight (kg) = Length (cm)*Width (cm)*Height (cm) / 6000
According to international shipment standard, for light but bulky product,
shipping cost of all shipment methods are charged based on the larger one between volumetric weight and actual weight.
Items with volumetric weight larger than actual weights are like Shoe box, soft toy, diapers, sweaters, etc...
Example:
If soft toy's actually weight is 0.3kg, but it's dimension is 10cm, 20cm, 25cm
Volumetric weight = 10*20*25/6000 = 0.83(kg)
Pls be reminded that as there will be space between each item, usually the whole parcel’s weight/volume is around 1.05~1.1 times the sum of each individual item.
Waiting Time for Each Freight Method
Air shipment:Flight departs every day except for Sunday. Items will be consolidated and shipped out immediately when all items arrive in Shanghai warehouse. It takes 1-3 working days to reach Singapore upon departure.
Special air shipment:it takes 1-2 days longer than normal air shipment.
Sea shipment:Vessel departs daily from Monday to Friday (Effective from 19th-Dec,2011), which takes around 14 days from shanghai to Singapore. There could be slightly delay under the circumstance of Custom inspection, public holiday and etc.
*In Summary, normally it will take 5-12 days by air shipment from product payment received till items arrive in Singapore, 20-30 days by sea shipment.
Important notes:
1. Items under same shipping method will be consolidated into one parcel after all items arrive in Shanghai warehouse and shipped to Singapore together.

Important notes:
1. The amount spent excludes shipping & service charges, as well as cancelled orders. VIP and SVIP will be promoted after the order is at complete status. If your 1st batch of orders is more than $300, you will get your membership promoted after receiving them successfully and start enjoying the 6% service charge from your next batch of orders onwards.

Important notes:
1. Please try to arrange delivery the soonest after your parcels arrive, we will keep your parcel at our warehouse free of charge for 1 months. 65daigou reserve the rights to dispose the parcel 6 months after it arrives in Singapore without any delivery arrangement or notification.
2. Available to residential address only, remote area, camp, airport and Sentosa etc. are excluded.
